We are looking for passionate store managers and assistant store managers to help lead our team and provide superior service to customers.
Position Responsibilities Recognizing, attracting, hiring, training and retaining the best talent. Actively coaching associates to achieve individual and store goals. Manage all store operations. Communicating the company vision, goals and strategies to all team members. Ability to provide customer satisfaction through incredible service. Plan and maximize floor presentations and square footage productivity using effective visual merchandising techniques. Networks regularly and works effectively with other store and regional management. Executing sales strategies.
Qualifications: A passion for retail! Strong Retail Sales Background. Motivated Team Leader. 3 to 5 years experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Experience in a fast paced retail setting with multi-tasking focus. High energy with a sense of urgency. Commitment to improvement and change. Ability to meet or surpass sales and profit goals for a high volume store. Commitment to providing superior service. Ability to improve store performance and meet Company's leadership growth needs. 4 year college degree preferred. Experience will satisfy degree requirement. Able to work varied shifts, hours and days.
