  JOB DESCRIPTION
Well established company looking for immediate Commercial Service Technicians for our Orlando office. Our company offers full benefits. Candidate abilities will be tested along with driving record, drug screening and criminal background checks.



This position involves servicing large facility warehouses, distribution centers, restaurants and a variety of other commercial facilities. Must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and must be available to work at least 2 weekends per month.

We seek customer-focused individuals with excellent people skills. More than that, you must be prepared to go above and beyond to become a trusted educator, advisor and problems solver for the accounts you work with. Specific commercial experience is not necessary but will be a plus, especially in the area of food, warehouse, and distribution facilities. We will provide complete training for the right individuals!

    Purpose:

    To Perform skilled work in the application of pesticides to private homes, apartments, commercial buildings, warehouses, inside, outside, and around buildings.

  • Mix and apply chemical pesticides to buildings, commercial properties; complete daily logs and prepare reports of work performed
  • Maintain pesticide storage in vehicles, around vehicles, and in work areas in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Assess and remove from commercial properties nuisance pests.
  • Perform termite inspections in areas treated by outside contractors and notify supervisor and property owner of any termite activity in untreated properties.
  • Post notices regarding pesticide application prior to spraying
  • Respond appropriately to requests and inquiries from the general public and staff.
  • Calibrate equipment for accurate application of recommended amount of chemicals use, clean, and maintain spray equipment and other tools as required.
  • Utilize proper safety procedures and precautions related to all work performed.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
