Nursing Operations ManagerThe Manager serves as a liaison to the nursing administration for team members. Responsible for the overall operations of the inpatient OR, pre-admission testing and PACU. Exemplifies the Orlando Health Leadership Competencies, including demonstrating Passion for Service Excellence, developing High Performance Teams and building effective relationship with staff, administration and physicians.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with a minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 2 years of leadership experience, or have a Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Health Sciences Administration with an equivalent number of years’ experience as a Registered Nurse. Must have a current professional license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida and maintain current BLS.
