Confidential full service timeshare title company has an immediate opening for a seasoned Title Processor, timeshare experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Our Company has handled more timeshare closings than anyone. Today, we fully complete over one thousand timeshare transactions every month, all completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. Despite our size, every customer is treated with professionalism and as if they were our only client.
Our Company has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in a proprietary, state of the art computer system that allows us to handle all transfers with professionalism and efficiency. Our system also allows the client to see the status of their transfer in real time, to provide real peace of mind. Our expert staff operates from our 35,000 sq ft headquarters located in south Orlando, FL…the heart of the Timeshare Industry.
Position Summary: Prefer candidates that have worked in a fast paced title environment, timeshare title transfer experience would be very helpful, but NOT a requirement. Must be deadline oriented and work well under pressure. Must be detail oriented and have good oral and written communication skills. Must have basic computer knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. · Contact customers for miscellaneous documents · Prepare legal documents to transfer title · Perform resort research to clear title · Verify legal, vesting and regular searches that have been entered into system · Add additional comments as needed · Miscellaneous tasks to help support team · Recordation of documents (experience outside of Florida is a plus!)
Qualifications and Experience: · MUST have strong sense of urgency! · Professional demeanor and attitude · MUST have experience drafting title policies · MUST have superior oral and written communication skills · 3-5 Years Title Document preparation experience preferred · Timeshare title transfer experience preferred, not required · Preparation of Title Commitments · Capable of multi-tasking · MUST have Ability to work well in team environment · Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience · 45-50 Words per minute required · Must have basic PC/Data Entry skills Education/Certifications: Prefer a minimum AA degree or equivalent educational background
