Faculty Position, Information Systems and E-Commerce
Full Sail University is now accepting applications for Course Director, Information Systems and E-Commerce, in its Music Business Bachelor of Science degree program. This full-time position will be available in November 2009.
Full Sail is a media arts college located in Orlando, Florida that trains students for careers in the entertainment media industry. Degree programs include Music Business, Entertainment Business, Film, Game Development, Computer Animation, Digital Arts and Design, Graphic Design, Internet Marketing, Recording Arts, Show Production, and Web Design and Development.
The Course Director will develop curriculum and teach the Information Systems and E-Commerce course. The Course Director will report to the Program Director of the Music Business Bachelor of Science degree program. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the Course Director will meet with and mentor students, attend faculty development workshops, and participate in campus activities including meetings and special events.
Job requirements include a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and/or E-Commerce and exemplary communication skills. Experience in Internet Marketing is also preferred. Also sought, but not required, is teaching experience and experience in an entertainment and/or media field.
