Position Summary: The Timeshare Partners (TSP) Customer Service Agent is responsible for answering all incoming calls and warm leads on all products/services offered via the Timeshare Partners website (). In this position, you will be held accountable for consistently meeting assigned daily/weekly goals. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. - Answer calls that come in through 800 numbers, respond to inquiries/questions from visitors to the TSP website.
- Handle soft transfers from affiliates for customers who still owe a mortgage on their timeshare.
- Enter all leads into lead tracking system and maintain database.
- Register callers online and enter ad information into TSP website.
- Maintain ads, process any necessary changes and/or cancellations.
- Correspond with customers via email and telephone who may need further assistance.
- Meet daily/weekly assigned goals
Qualifications/Requirements: - Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends
- Experience in phone sales, telemarketing or customer service is ideal.
- Excellent phone voice
- Highly motivated, self starter, positive attitude, results oriented, persuasive, assertive
- Must possess skills in overcoming objections and exceptional negotiating skills Highly Motivated, Self starter
- Proficient computer skills a must (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet based software applications). Must be able to type at least a minimum of 55 works per minute
- Ideal candidate will possess skills in overcoming objections and exceptional negotiating skills
Education/Background Requirements: - Must have a minimum of a high school degree, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
