JOB DESCRIPTION |
|
SUMMARY: Executes both routine and non-routine administrative and clerical assignments in support of the Consumer Insights Field Research Team plus data entry, data coding, and paging.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Inputs, pages and records data from paper-based surveys; codes verbatim responses to surveys conducted both online and in the park; • Assists in the preparation and management of study materials for field events (including forms, incentives and electronic data collection devices); • Provide general administrative support and perform clerical duties for Field Research Manager which may include compiling, updating and maintaining data on spreadsheets and word processing documents; reading and routing incoming mail; processing outgoing mail; maintaining department files and covering the phone system; and disseminating sensitive materials to the appropriate areas. • Trains employees on departmental processes as needed and participates in updating of department's Standard Operating Procedures manual. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years: clerical, customer service, data entry, computer experience preferred. Marketing research experience a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
