The Caribe Royale is seeking an Assistant Director of Loss Prevention for our all-suites and convention center hotel located on 40+ acres. The ideal candidate must have 3 plus years of experience as an Assistant Director of Loss Prevention and a proven track record in the hospitality industry with excellent written/oral communication, superb organization skills and be computer proficient.
The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting the Director of Loss Prevention in all aspects of safety training, maintaining the safety of our guests and staff, adhering to all company policies and procedures, must continue our strong compliance with OSHA guidelines and all other safety regulations and audits. Law enforcement experience a plus.
