Orlando based Special Event Production/Catering Company needs an experienced Sous Chef. Our Ideal Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in the culinary field with increasing responsibilities in the kitchen. Culinary school degree or equivalent experience needed.
The right candidate will be polished, motivated, creative, forward thinking, and have a desire to become a key member within our organization as we continue to grow.
• Produce the food to meet the expectations of the Executive Chef and our Clients for all events • Interact with Clients and Guests to ensure total satisfaction • Assist the Executive Chef in managing labor productivity and food costs • Oversee proper storage, utilization and inventory of food products • Ensure the culinary staff performs according to all HACCP and OSHA sanitation guidelines. • Perform other duties as assigned
Full Time $32,000 to $38,000
