About the job....

We set our Executive Sales Consultants up for success by providing a paid comprehensive training program that includes the tools and resources to remove any obstacles from achieving your goals. Get paid what your worth and write your own paycheck through our commission compensation plan, we offer uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Our successful Executive Sales Consultants earn on average $45K - $55K their first year! We offer paid training and then uncapped commissions based upon sales performance.

The Executive Sales Consultant is an insides sales position responsible for prospecting new business customers based on leads received via phone or registration on our website to individuals who are looking to get out of their timeshare.   You will be responsible for describing our programing for getting rid of your timeshare, and answering questions owners might have regarding the program.  In this position, you will held accountable for consistently meeting assigned sales quotas/goals.


Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify customers. No cold calling, warm and opt in leads provided.
- Make sales pitches and follow-up phone calls to prospective customers who are looking to get out of their timeshare property.
- Solution selling and education of customers on services offered
- Maintain lead tracking database and complete all required Sales reports including pipeline activity.
- Correspond with customers via email and telephone
- Send out sales contracts to customers
- Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals

Qualifications:

- Highly Motivated, Self starter
- Phone sales background ideal, but not required!
- Proficient computer skills a must (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet based software applications)
- Ideal candidate will possess skills in overcoming objections and exceptional negotiating skills
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes night and weekends
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.

This position does offer paid training, however it is 100% commission following completion of the 30-60 day training period!


**Our offices are located off Sandlake Road and John Young Parkway. Please take this into consideration when applying for this position to make sure the commute to that area each day will work for you.**
